In this episode I get to talk with a girl who lives in Iceland and has spent many wonderful years on her family’s farm. We talk a lot about the farm and her experiences raising sheep, as well as discuss why réttir is so special to her. She currently runs an Instagram account under the handle, farmlifeiceland, where she posts a lot of content from her farming adventures.
